Changed your mind ? Doesn’t fit right? No problem.
If you need to return your parcel for an exchange or a refund you can do so, as long it is
within our 14-day period of receiving your order.
We cannot accept:
Dirty shoes (including scuffs, scratches and marks)
Damaged shoe boxes (that have been taped up)
Please note due to Covid19 we are not able to accept the return of any Face Masks, for
our safety and yours.
Please note that if we receive damaged boxes a penalty charge of £5.00 will be
deducted from your order. Please also remember that you have 14 days from the date
you had received your parcel to ensure a successful return to our warehouse. If we
receive your shoes and they have passed the 14-day threshold or are described as the
above, we will not be able to accept your return.
THE UK | HOW DO I SEND BACK MY RETURN?
1) Ensure you fill out your return form correctly with your order number, the product
you are returning, reason code and if you are waiting for a refund or an
exchange. If you do not state your order number, we cannot process your return.
2) Repackage the item in the original box and packaging and use the Royal Mail
returns label.
3) Take your parcel to any Post Office and obtain proof of postage for the tracking
number – this will speed up the process and will legitimize that your parcel is on
its way back to us.
4) We will deduct £2.99 from your refund amount if you choose to use our label
along with the initial shipping cost.
5) If you prefer using your means to return your parcel, that is completely fine. Our
loyal RANGENINE customers tend to use our method as it is much cheaper
(especially if you have quite a few items you are sending back).

INTERNATIONAL | HOW DO I SEND BACK MY RETURN?

4) Take your parcel to your preferred returns service and obtain proof of postage for
the tracking number – this will speed up the process and will legitimise that your

Please note that you will need to provide return postage at your own cost.
We strongly recommend for national and international customers to use a fully tracked
postal service and to keep hold of your proof of postage until your return is received.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of returns or any original postage costs
paid for international customers.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged returns parcels.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
• Due to Covid19 processing returns many take up to 7-10 working days after they are
delivered to our warehouse, we will get to your return ASAP!
• Once registered your refund will be processed back to your original payment method
and reflect in your account within 5 – 10 working days.
THE UK | CAN I EXCHANGE SOMETHING?
• Size, not right or just not feeling the shoes? No problem. We offer free exchanges for
UK customers. Simply follow the return steps above and make a note of the product
code and size/style required for an exchange.
INTERNATIONAL | CAN I EXCHANGE SOMETHING?
• Currently, we do not offer exchanges for our international customers. If you'd like to
change your item we can suggest returning your item for a refund and placing a new
order. Simply follow the return steps above.
