If you need to return your parcel for an exchange or a refund you can do so, as long it is within our 10-day period of receiving your order.

 

We cannot accept:

 

Dirty products (including scuffs, scratches, and marks)

Damaged Product boxes (that have been taped up)

 

Please note due to Covid19 we are not able to accept the return of any Face Masks, for our safety and yours.

 

Please note that if we receive damaged boxes a penalty charge of £5.00 will be deducted from your order. Please also remember that you have 10 days from the date you received your parcel to ensure a successful return to our warehouse. If we receive your product and they have passed the 10-day threshold or are described as the above, we will not be able to accept your return.

 

HOW DO I SEND BACK MY RETURN?

 

1) Ensure you return the product to the below-mentioned address. the product by mentioning your order number. If you do not state your order number, we cannot process your return. 

 

2) We will deduct £2.99 from your refund amount if you want us to arrange your return along with the initial shipping cost.

 

3) If you prefer using your means to return your parcel, that is completely fine. Our loyal RANGENINE customers tend to use our method as it is much cheaper (especially if you have quite a few items you are sending back).

 

4) If you don't want to use our label and prefer to arrange your return you can send your parcel to:

Please note that you will need to provide return postage at your own cost.

 

We strongly recommend for national and international customers use a fully tracked postal service and to keep hold of their proof of postage until their return is received.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of returns or any original postage costs paid for international customers.

 

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged returned parcels.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

 

• Due to Covid19 processing returns may take up to 7-10 working days after they are delivered to our warehouse, we will get to your return ASAP!

 

• Once registered your refund will be processed back to your original payment method and reflected in your account within 5 – 10 working days.
